All Procla-Media staff are long-term volunteers who have completed a YWAM Discipleship Training School (DTS) and have raised our own financial support. Since YWAM is a non-profit ministry and does not pay salaries, Procla-Media is able to offer production services at a much lower cost than other production facilities.

We are always looking for new staff! If you are interested in joining Procla-Media, please contact us.

Debra Buenting first joined Procla-Media in the 1970s. After a few years away to complete degrees in communication and to "work in the business," she returned in 1996 as a writer/producer/director. With the completion of her doctoral studies, Debra hopes to be involved in international campaigns and entertainment-education programming in places such as Eastern Europe and Africa. Debra also teaches video production and visual communication at various campuses of the University of the Nations.

John Fries was raised as the son of missionaries in Mexico, but it wasn't until he trained with YWAM Guatemala that he received a burden for the most isolated, hidden and unreached peoples of the world. He began producing videos on unreached peoples for prayer and mobilization purposes, and it has taken him to some of the most remote corners of the world. John and his wife, Rosa, and their daughter, Analise, live near the Mexican border, where they spend much of their effort mobilizing the Latino church into missions.

Jon Matas has lived in Asia, Europe, Canada, and the United States and has visited over 50 nations since joining Youth With A Mission in 1983.  He received his video training through YWAM's University of the Nations while he served with Mercy Ships. After serving for six years aboard the M/V Anastasis, Jon joined Procla-Media Productions in 1991. He is co-executive producer of Global Perspectives, YWAM's news video magazine which features missions stories and issues from around the world. In addition to producing videos, Jon is a writer, cameraman, and editor.

Moulouk Mouzaoir is the director of Procla-Media West Africa. Having trained with University of the Nations Media Village in Cape Town, South Africa, Moulouk now produces a variety of productions from his base in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, where he lives with his wife, Lillian, and their daughter, Samuela.

Amy Roemer has been in YWAM since 1994, primarily with Procla-Media. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication/Broadcasting from Evangel University in Springfield, MO, where she studied radio, TV and film. In June 2003 she married Tom Roemer, who is a 6th grade teacher. Her work with Procla-Media includes producing, editing, camera work, directing for multi-camera shoots, scripting, proofreading, duplication and administration.

Tim Scott is a Brit living and working in England. He has spent 28 years (just under half his life) working full-time with YWAM in communications and the last several with Procla-Media in video production. Tim also supports his family as a painter (of houses not landscapes) and surgeon (trees not brain...) and also produces, shoots and edits short promotional programs for YWAM England with the occasional assignment from Colorado Springs.

Larry Wright spent several of his early years in Africa as the son of missionaries. Trained as an electronics engineer in the Air Force, He joined Youth With A Mission in 1975 along with his wife, Judy, and their three children. Larry first joined Procla-Media to maintain equipment, however he soon became involved in various aspects of production. He became the Director of PMP in 1978. In addition to his many responsibilities with PMP, Larry is the director of YWAM's International Communication Network Office in Colorado.

Judy Wright is a long-term missionary along with her husband. She has been involved in several areas of YWAM, including 8 years managing the kitchen in Lausanne, Switzerland, and 3 years helping staff the Amsterdam personnel office. She has been our bookkeeper for 23 years and enjoys her role in hospitality. She currently serves PMP in many administrative roles when she's not caring for her grandsons.
